The project will invest in the significant improvement of the sales and management process, i.e., the modernisation of the in-store cash register system through the purchase of a new cash register system and supporting infrastructure.<\/p><p>The project will result in the implementation of a single cash register system which, in addition to its basic or fiscal function, will also have functions and features that will automate sales and accounting processes:<\/p><ol><li>Introduction of automatic ordering system;<\/li><li>Switch to an electronic delivery note process, both from the warehouse and from external product suppliers;<\/li><li>Control of the mark-down process;<\/li><li>Centralisation of the reevaluation process;<\/li><li>Eliminating paper in all processes;<\/li><li>Control of accounting of surpluses;<\/li><li>Introduction of ABC analysis;<\/li><li>Optimisation of work in all departments \u2013 for process participants due to the transition to electronic document framework of agreement No. 5.1.1.2.i.0\/2\/24\/A\/CFLA\/003 \u201cIncreasing productivity through increased investment in R&amp;D\u201d of the CFCA, implements research project JP-02 \u201cDevelopment of new products to increase the range of the offer of FOREVERS SIA\u201d.<\/p><p>The aim of the research project is to expand the company\u2019s product range and optimise production capacity. The project will implement 7 activities, the main tasks of which include the development of recipe variations, the selection of suitable raw materials and packaging, the validation of recipes under laboratory conditions, tasting tests, and the validation of production technologies under production conditions. The activities are divided between industrial research and experimental development.<\/p><p>The industrial research part of the project is almost complete \u2013 recipes and process charts have been created for all three new products, product quality and properties have been assessed, and a profitability plan has been drawn up. Development of recipes and production technologies.<br \/>The activity involves the development of product recipes or recipe cards that are optimal for the process chart and can be validated at the laboratory level.<\/p><p>2. Evaluation of the properties of test batches.<br \/>The activity involves obtaining experimental results and evidence regarding product quality and assessing the conformity of properties with company standards.<\/p><p>3. Assessment of costs and economic efficiency.<br \/>The activity involves assessing the economic efficiency of the developed product in order to ascertain its commercialisation potential.<\/p><p>4. Development of packaging and labelling.<br \/>As part of this activity, the product packaging design is developed in line with the company's visual identity and technical capabilities.<\/p><p>5. Organisation of raw material supply.<br \/>As part of this activity, a detailed report is being prepared that can be used as a roadmap for sourcing raw materials and for the optimal raw material procurement process.<\/p><p>6. Within the project, two ICT process improvement investments and four investments related to the digitisation and automation of production processes are to be implemented.<br \/>The project will lead to significant improvements in the vacuum preparation, meat cutting and product labelling processes, as well as an increased level of automation in the utensil and tool washing process. production technology at SIA FOREVERS\".<\/p><p>The goal of the project is to increase the productivity and competitiveness of SIA FOREVERS by introducing new products and experimental production technology, as well as increasing investments in P&amp;A and innovation in accordance with the Smart Specialization Strategy.<\/p><p>As a result of the project, FOREVERS LLC plans to introduce four new products \u2013 ready-made meals prepared using the Sous Vide method:<\/p><ol><li>Shashlyk with vegetables (marinated pieces of meat fried on a skewer with vegetables);<\/li><li>Meat medallions with cheese (meat medallions with pieces of cheese);<\/li><li>Steak with vegetables (pieces of meat or chops with fried vegetables);<\/li><li>Sausages with fried potatoes (kupati sausages with fried potatoes).<\/li><\/ol><p>In order to start manufacturing new products and achieve the goal of the project in accordance with the requirements defined by the company, it is necessary to manufacture, deliver, install and test in a real production environment a unique production technology \u2013 a large-scale experimental line for the production of Sous Vide ready meals.<\/p><p>The total cost of the project is 1 463 981.00 EUR, including public co-financing of 45% or 658 791.45 EUR.<\/p><p>The project is scheduled to be completed by May 31,
